For Bookstores

We accept bookstore orders in two ways:

1. through Japanese book wholesalers
2. through direct transactions with andnp

1. Orders Through Wholesalers

Books can be supplied through Kuwatani Shoten and delivered via Japanese wholesale networks such as Nippan, Tohan, and RBN.

This is the standard route for bookstores that order books through the Japanese book distribution system.

2. Direct Transactions

We also accept direct orders from bookstores.

Please note that the terms for direct transactions may change. If the terms are changed, we may compare the latest terms with the terms at the time of order, and invoice the bookstore under the condition that results in the smaller payment amount for the bookstore.

The following is the history of our direct transaction terms.

History of Direct Transaction Terms

From January 31, 2026

Wholesale rate: 69%
Purchase condition: Non-returnable purchase
Payment: Bank transfer, month-end closing and payment by the end of the following month
Bank transfer fee: Paid by the bookstore
Shipping: Paid by andnp for orders of 5 or more copies
Shipping for 1 to 4 copies: 600 yen per shipment

January 28 to January 30, 2026

Wholesale rate: 70%
Purchase condition: Non-returnable purchase only
Shipping: Paid by andnp for orders of 5 or more copies
Shipping for orders of fewer than 5 copies: 400 yen
Invoice and payment: Payment by the end of the following month. The invoice will be included with the shipment.
Bank transfer fee: Paid by the bookstore

Until January 31, 2026

Wholesale rate: 75%
Purchase condition: Non-returnable purchase only
Shipping: Paid by andnp, with no minimum number of copies. This excludes overseas shipping, remote islands, and Okinawa.
Payment methods: Credit card or bank transfer
For bank transfer: Month-end closing and payment by the end of the following month. Bank transfer fees are paid by the bookstore.
